Responsibilities:
1)According the request of company, execute the recruitment plan, publish recruitment AD, colleact and cehck resumes. Use of variours resources and recruitment channels to meet the company’s recruitment request, arrange the interview etc
2)Overall management of staff training, salary and welfare, entry and exit matters, labor contract management and labor relations management and so on
3)Responsible for the maintenance of the company's management system and the improvement of the company regulation and rules
4)Responsible for the employee permit and visa issues of foreigner colleagues
5)Responsible for staff attendance, assessment system and supervision of implementation, statistics assessment results, etc
6) Responsible for cash management and bank transfer
7)Responsible management for HR related system
8)Responsible for the arrangement and follow-up of the company's activities
9) Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
Qualifications:
1)2+years HR working experience, familiar with HR policies and related information and policies closely related to the company
2)Able to communicate efficiently in English (in written and verbal)
3)Skilled in Mircosoft office and other usual software
4) Have careful and strict attitude to perform all tasks
5) Good organization and communication skills
