Responsibilities:
1.Pick up central phone and greet visitors
接听电话和接待客人
2.Responsible for the company all staff's logistics work,such as arrange and distribute work equipment of office supplies, accept and arrange express shipments, cashier for office expenses and so on
负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理,办公室设备管理,收寄快递和现金管理等等工作
3.Check and arrange of office cleaning and safety preventive action
检查办公室日常安全消防问题以及卫生情况
4.Collection and input of employees time and travel expenses record
员工考勤系统维护、考勤统计及外出人员管理
5.Support of departments for daily office administration work, accomplish instructions assigned by manager
协助处理其他日常行政工作以及领导安排的其他事务。
Qualifications:
1.Good self-organization and independent working skills
良好的自我组织和独立工作能力
2.Able to simple communicate in english (in written and verbal)
能简单用英语交流(口语)
3.Skilled in Mircosoft office and other usual software
熟练运用办公软件和其他常用软件
4.Have careful and strict attitude to perform all tasks
细致和严格的态度来执行所有的任务
5.Kindly personality being flexible to deal with all kinds of situation
灵活处理各种情况
6.Administration working experience will be an advantage
