NPI Engineer(Mechanic product） 要求 / Requirement： 1.机械专业, 本科以上学历；/ Major in Mechanics; BS or higher level ; 2. 英文:能熟练进行工作交流；/ English: being able to communicate fluently in daily work; 3. 熟悉工业产品或消费品的机械零件及其加工工艺；/ knowing well about mechanic components & their manufacturing process； 4. 5年以上工业产品/消费品的成品或零配件研发,生产导入（NPI),供应商管理或制程工程师经验; 5+ years of working experience on either of R&D, new project management(NPI) ，supplier management or PE in manufacturing environment; 5. 熟悉PPAP，SPC等知识及其运用, 如有TS16949的实际操作经验更佳。/ skillful on PPAP & SPC, it's a plus if possessing the practical experience on TS16949; 6. 能独立工作并善于解决问题. / being able to work independently & solve the problems smartly. 工作内容 Job description： 1. 机械零件类新产品的导入 / new project introduction in machining factories; 2. 跟进解决供应商生产中和客户投诉的品质问题；/ follow up the solution of the quality issues & customer's complaint with the suppliers. 3. 员工入职当日按深户一档购买社保，按实际工资购买社保和公积金每年年中旅游，享受带薪年假，不定期培训。
